Refund and Return Policy for AAETT Memberships Refund Eligibility Memberships with AAETT are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions: Technical Issues: If a member encounters technical issues preventing them from accessing membership benefits, AAETT will review and address the issue. Membership Cancellation: A member may request a refund within 30 days of purchasing a membership if they decide to cancel during this initial period. Refund Process To request a refund, members must contact AAETT via email and provide the necessary information, including proof of purchase. Discretionary Refunds In certain circumstances, AAETT may issue discretionary refunds at its sole discretion. This may include situations where a member experiences unexpected financial hardship or faces extenuating circumstances. Membership Termination Refunding a membership does not exempt a member from adhering to the terms and conditions of AAETT. Membership termination due to a refund request is at the discretion of the organization. Processing Time Refund requests will be processed within 15 business days upon receipt of all required information. The refunded amount will be issued through the original payment method. Changes to Membership Fees If AAETT makes changes to membership fees after a member has purchased a membership, the member will not be entitled to a refund or adjustment based on the updated fees. Any disputes arising from or related to refunds will be resolved through mediation.
